Shipping Policy
Orders placed will be dispatched from our warehouse in Greece within 7 working days of confirmation of the order. As a small company, we endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible but please allow for delays during sales and holidays.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the courier company, remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs that will be quoted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Our prices include duties and taxes for orders for the UK. Deliveries within the EU do not have any import tax. All other international orders will be sent ddu. You will be responsible for the payment of the import tax and duties on your order.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay in the delivery of your order. It is important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Please make sure to track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you. We cannot take responsibility for any package once it is in your country. If there are any other problems with customs / the country officials need documentation or clarification please contact shop@arakhne.co.uk for more information.
Please note a signature is usually required to receive your order so please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery.
As per Section 6 of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
When placing your order please ensure the billing and shipping details are correct as we are unable to redirect orders.
